The Charmed Ones
The rebooting continues... even on the small screen. With stations clamoring for supernatural shows- Sleepy Hollow, Vampire Diaries, Teen Wolf, etc.- it's no wonder that the networks are throwing around the idea of revamping the Charmed Ones. Many of you can probably remember the show (or have seen the old episodes on Lifetime) about three sisters who find out they have special powers, while living under the same roof again. Originally, the sisters were played by Shannon Doherty as Pru, Holly Marie Combs as Piper and Alyssa Milano as Pheobe. Then due to behind camera drama, Doherty's Pru was replaced by Rose McGowan's Paige- the half-sister the other sisters never knew about.
Well, if this show is brought back, it will probably focus on a set of sisters again. So which way will the casting go?
Will they go the route of slightly known and familiar young starlets?
Or possibly the blond girl-next-door routine?
Perhaps, try the young dark beauties?
Or possibly, they can hire an actress who needs to reboot their own career (Calling Lindsay Lohan) and give her great supporting cast. It almost worked for Doherty... until she left the show.
