The NEW BATMAN

Who's afraid of the big black bat, the big black bat, the big black bat? Who's afraid of the big black bat? Better not be Clark Kent.... especially since he will be facing off the the dark crusader in his next movie.

Now it has already been said that Christian Bale has hung up his bat ears, so the series will have to do a reboot. Superman was able to, though it had help since if followed the disputed flop with Brandon Routh (who I will defend as a good Superman candidate). However, this Batman will have to follow the success of Bale who was proceeded by George Clooney, Val Kilmer, Michael Keaton and of course Adam West.

So who will be the next superpower-less hero? Who will face off with Henry Cavill in the superman sequel?

                            VS

Jon Hamm? We know he looks good in a suit which Bruce Wayne will have to pull off. Can you not see him as a playboy billionaire, unintentionally leaving broken hearts in his wake. Then he also has the square jaw that mask is crying for.

Gerard Butler? As our candidate above, he cleans up nicely but brings a rakish charm to the playboy. Plus, did you see him in 300?

Eric Dane? Paging Dr. McSteamy, your batmobile is blocking traffic.

Joe Magliano? If you have seen him as Alcid on HBO's True Blood, you know this man has muscles and a penetrating gaze. In Magic Mike, he also gave the women something to pant over.

 Eric Bana?

CONFIRMATION:
Ben Affleck is our new Batman....

Personally I am still not sure about this choice. We've seen him in Daredevil, but who knows. After all, I was wrong about Robert Downey Jr. playing Ironman. We'll just have to see, I guess.

Spiderman... the New Mary Jane Watson

 Mary Jane Watson

When it comes to portraying MJ on the big screen, most people recognize Kirsten Dunst as Peter Parker's love interest. Now the franchise has been successfully rebooted with a new Spiderman (Andrew Garfield) and interesting enough- a new love interest in Gwen Stacy. This reboot truly introduced movie fans to the true Gwen, unlike the glimpse moviegoers saw in the third Spiderman with Tobey Maguire.

However, in this new version, Mary Jane was suppose to make her debut again in the 2nd film. This time, Shailene Woodley was given the task to bring her to life. Then, it was announced that Shailene's part was cut from the movie- despite the cast and crew enjoy working with her- and it is rumored she will not be coming back for the third movie which will be having Mary Jane. Recast, anyone?

Mary Jane is a beautiful red-head with green eyes who is sassy, loving and will have to be lovable especially since she is following Gwen Stacey (who Emma Stone played flawlessly and beautifully). Though Shailene is a great actress and I see a lot of success in her future, I don't think she could have pulled it off. So who will be cast to play MJ?

Evan Rachel Wood took her turn as Mary Jane on broadway, and can you not see her call Andrew Garfield "Tiger"?

Renee Olstead- Shailene's Secret Life's costar is a natural red head and she has the curves and feisty spirit MJ needs.

Aviva Baumann is not exactly well-known now, but some may recognize her from NCIS.

Amanda Seyfried not only has an audience drawing name but she is a great actress and likeable which is well needed for anyone who is basically following after Emma Stone as the lead female.

Sarah Gordon- however, since her name is linked to the upcoming sequel (though its not disclosed who she is playing.... we'll see)

Jane Levy looks like the girl next door... Mary Jane, essentially.

Too bad Lindsay Lohan is such a train wreck right now or she would be on the top of my list.
